Our story
A vertical hydroponic farm in Kota Kinabalu. Pesticide-free, indoor-grown, hand-cut at 8:00 AM — for the people you cook for.
Why we built this
"Is this clean? Where did it come from? Can I trust this for my kids?"
Most fresh produce in Sabah travels for days before it reaches a shelf. Pesticide residue, cold-chain breaks, and unknown growing conditions are the norm. We're not okay with that for our own families.
So we built a vertical hydroponic farm right here in Kota Kinabalu. Indoor, climate-controlled, zero pesticides — and the produce travels from harvest to your kitchen in hours, not days.
How we grow
Cleaner inputs, shorter travel, harvested-when-ordered.
Indoor growing means no need for chemical sprays. Pests can't get to the trays. We use beneficial-insect controls when needed, never neonics or organophosphates.
Every Friday, we hand-cut what's been ordered for that week's deliveries — at 8:00 AM sharp. By the time you unbox, the leaves are still cool.
Every box ships with a batch QR. Scan it to see exactly which tray, on which rack, the leaves grew on. Plus the harvest time and the person who cut it.
Batch QR
No box ships without a QR sticker. Scan it and you see the tray ID, harvest time, the person who hand-cut it, and the exact farm coordinates. Built for the parent who needs to know where the food really comes from.
If anything ever feels off — taste, freshness, anything — the batch ID tells us in 30 seconds where to look.
Where we are
We're a Sabah-grown company. The farm is in Kota Kinabalu, the team lives here, and so do our families.
We started Green Cresco because we wanted cleaner food for our own kids first. Everything we ship out is what we'd put on our own kitchen table.
Right now we serve households across the KK metro — Likas, Luyang, Penampang, Inanam, KK city. Expanding to more zones as we scale.
